This $49 product allows for cancellation or change of your Domestic flights, FOR ANY REASON, up to 3 hours prior to departure (except for “no shows” and any passengers canceling as a result of denied boarding).

When a cancellation is made for any round-trip or one-way air only Domestic booking, the refund will be made in the original form of payment less the amount, if applicable, of the cancellation penalty, which will be refunded in Sunwing Travel Certificates (redeemable through any travel agency or Sunwing Vacations). Sunwing Travel Certificates may be used like cash when purchasing a Sunwing Vacation and are valid for one year, non-refundable, and non-transferable (issued only in the name of the passenger who cancelled). This coverage is not applicable on groups of 12 or more and any refund is less the Domestic Pre-Departure Cancellation & Change Waiver cost paid at time of booking.

Departure date, gateway or destination changes are permitted under this benefit. The Domestic Pre-Departure Cancellation & Change Waiver is non-transferable and must be re-purchased/reactivated if you want to have coverage on the amended booking. Name changes are covered under this benefit. If the change involves a higher air seat price, the passenger will pay the higher amount between the original booking price and the revised booking price at the time of the change. No refund will be given for the difference is the revised air seat price if lower than the original booking price.

The Domestic Pre-Departure Cancellation & Change Waiver must be purchased on the same day that you book your domestic air only vacation. No voucher will be issued for this benefit. If purchased, the benefit will appear on your confirmation.
